11. Net earnings per share

Net earnings per share for each period are calculated by dividing the net profit for a given period by the weighted average number of shares in the given reporting period.

The Group calculates diluted net earnings per share including potential shares. The potential shares are related to the share options plan run by the Group for its key management staff.  More information about the share options plan may be found in note 23.1.
