28.3. Capital from the valuation of share based payments
The Group has implemented share option plans for management staff, under which options to take up the Company shares were assigned (information about the management options plans has been provided in note 23.1).

The capital from the valuation of share based payments reflects the fair value of the options granted to the Group management staff, proportionally to the vesting period, according to the valuation as at the plan launch date.
