13.8. Impairment of non-financial non-current assets
As at 31 December 2023, and during 2023, the market capitalisation of Grupa Kęty S.A. continued to exceed the book value of the Group net assets.

In 2023 the Group had not identified any impairment indicators with regard to assets of definite useful life.
The impairment tests carried out in 2022 with regard to assets of definite useful life did not reflect any impairment. In 2022, the Group considered the outbreak of war in Ukraine and the observed increase in interest rates in 2022 to be impairment indicators.
