16. Dividends paid and proposed for payment
In 2023, the parent company paid dividend amounting to PLN 603,134,000 (PLN 62.50 per share), while in 2022 the dividend amounted to PLN 505,378,000 (PLN 52.37 per share).
Moreover, the subsidiary of Aluprof Netherlands B.V. paid dividend to its minority shareholders amounting to PLN 888,000 (in 2022: PLN 1,796,000).
As at the date of these financial statements publication, the Management Board has not made a decision yet with regard to the recommended dividend payment from 2023 profit.
