2. The Management Board of the parent company
As at the date of approving these statements for publication, the parent company’s Management Board consisted of:
- Mr Dariusz Mańko – President of the Management Board/CEO,
- Mr Roman Przybylski – Vice President of the Management Board, Director for Investments and Development,
- Mr Piotr Wysocki – Member of the Management Board/Deputy CEO,
- Mr Rafał Warpechowski – Member of the Management Board/Financial Director,
- Mr Tomasz Grela – Member of the Management Board.
On 15 September 2023 the Supervisory Board of Grupa Kęty S.A. appointed Mr Roman Przybylski Vice President of the Management Board of the parent company and Director for Investments and Development starting from 1 January 2024. Apart from the aforesaid appointment, there were no changes in the membership of the parent company’s Management Board on 2023 and by the date of approving these financial statements for publication.
