35.5. Participation of key management staff in the employee share plan
As described in details in note 23.1, the Group has implemented option plans enabling acquisition of the Company shares.
The Management Board members have been vested with share options in accordance with the following table. The right to acquire the below listed shares shall be fulfilled providing that the respective persons are employed by the Group as at the end date of the vesting period. The final number of share options that the Management Board members will be able to exercise will depend on the satisfaction of the plan conditions.

* As described in detail in note 23.1, owing to a statutory change in the principles of issuing bonds, share options under the first tranche of the 2020 plan were granted to the Management Board Members on 24 January 2024.
